It is clear, however that our hands-to-face ritual is going to remain part of the routine. Rotary has, however, changed. As we move into summer of 2021 and the uncertainty about whether Rotary will give the same kind of connection which Rotary members experienced in the in the past persists. It is clear, however, that the hands-to-face mantra remains an integral part of the Rotary routine. Rotary however has evolved. Rotary has evolved. We've improved our practices maintaining the business meetings online while introducing service and social activity using a friendly face-toface approach. The new opportunities we have discovered are combining with our lessons from our previous pandemics to bring a fresh perspective to Rotary. In a recent Rotary survey it was heartening to find that 75% of clubs have started planning for their business as usual' events" The warmer months have seen many participants out and about focusing on various projects like beaches and rivers being cleaned, trash cleaning, and the ongoing service for the community from Rotary volunteer teams who give their time for COVID testing and vaccination centers.
