Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder who has been gaining recognition in the past two decades. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Her father was a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in activities like ice hockey. Aleesha was also active in activities like soccer, softball and basketball. She began bodybuilding at the age of 15 young. Aleesha's pro card was earned when she was the winner of the NPC USA Championships. When she started to compete she did so in the year the year 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. Aleesha was able to hold onto an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha has been steadily growing and, in 2019, she brought home her first pro title, the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed the best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked 4th. However, the "World's strongest mom" took a break from training for medical motives.
